In this senior individual-contributor role, you will drive the technical direction for a cutting-edge software project. Your expertise will help shape the integration of various domains including product, hardware, and AI. You will lead teams while encouraging technical excellence and best practices in engineering delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee technical design for backend services and applications

• Evolve architecture to enhance scalability and reliability

• Facilitate design and code reviews with quick iterations

• Mentor junior developers to enhance team capabilities

• Identify risks and deliver practical solutions proactively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering or similar

• 7+ years in software development, particularly backend

• 3+ years in technical leadership roles

• Strong familiarity with software testing and CI/CD processes

• Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines
