Location: Southwestern Ontario
Search for new challenges as an Experienced Software Developer at Google in either Waterloo, ON, or San Jose, CA. This role focuses on embedded systems and innovative software.
In this position, you will utilize your diverse software development knowledge to create scalable solutions at Google, impacting users worldwide. A minimum of five years in software development and three years with embedded operating systems is required. Engage in design reviews and contribute to documentation in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and test product or system development code
• Lead design reviews and technology assessments with peers
• Review and guide code submissions for quality adherence
• Adapt documentation based on ongoing product feedback
• Track and resolve product issues efficiently
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years in software development
• 3+ years with embedded operating systems
• 1+ year experience in a leadership capacity
• Skilled in building tools and testing frameworks
