As a Senior Software Developer at Marshall Zehr Group Inc., you will lead the development of our critical mortgage administration tool, Navigator. This role involves owning the entire development lifecycle, integrating AI features, and ensuring systems' reliability while collaborating closely with the CTO. You are expected to transition requirements into efficient code, enhancing performance and security using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage software in .NET and Angular

• Lead end-to-end projects enhancing Navigator's capability

• Interview staff to design tailored improvements

• Implement industry best practices for architecture

• Maintain automated tests for regression confidence

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience

• Strong expertise in modern tech stacks

• Proven experience with CI/CD and Docker

• Hands-on knowledge of user experience principles

• Excellent communication and mentorship skills
