Position: Technology Architect with AI Focus
Location: Southwestern Ontario

Take charge of the technology direction as our Lead Technology Architect in Waterloo, ON. This hybrid role emphasizes AI adoption and the design of solutions that elevate customer experiences.

This six-month full-time contract allows you to bring architectural leadership to our Insurance Technology organization. You will work with Solution Architects, Engineering teams, and Agile delivery squads to modernize our tech ecosystem while fulfilling strategic objectives. Your blend of full-stack engineering and cloud-native expertise will play a key role in achieving operational excellence.

• Shape technology architecture through emerging innovations

• Lead AI integration for enhanced software development

• Address complex challenges with full-stack solutions

• Support Agile teams in technological modernization

• Guide adherence to enterprise architecture standards

Requirements:

• Over 10 years in technology roles

• Proficient in cloud-native architecture and legacy integrations

• Strong experience with APIs and event-driven systems

• Knowledge of 12-Factor applications and DDD

• Development experience in .NET/C#, Angular, and SQL Server
