In this essential role, you will enhance Google's Cloud Applied AI offerings while mentoring a team dedicated to deploying effective AI solutions. Your extensive experience in customer engagement and programming is critical to resolving escalations and guiding architectural decisions. Collaborating across functions, you'll translate technical challenges into actionable solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline

• 10 years in customer-facing technical roles

• 6+ years coding in various programming languages

• Knowledge of LLMs and AI integration

• Proven people management experience
