In this role, you will contribute to Affirm's core consumer strategy within the Marketplace and App Experience domain. You'll collaborate with engineers and product teams to execute impactful frontend features and ensure quality code practices are maintained throughout the software lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver on key quarterly milestones while supporting team growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product ideation
• Identify and resolve critical project and operational issues
• Create and monitor metrics for team artifacts' success
• Uphold high standards of code review and design
Requirements:
• 4+ years in web development using React or Vue
• Proven leadership across multiple teams and initiatives
• Experience in technical planning for substantial features
• Strong collaboration skills for global engineering teams
• Proficiency in navigating large codebases
