Key Responsibilities:
• Manage quality assurance deliverables in the FMS team
• Conduct in-depth analysis of user-reported problems
• Adapt test automation strategies using Fortra and Postman
• Formulate, execute, and uphold test plans and cases
• Assist users promptly in resolving technical issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years in Software Quality Assurance
• Expertise with complex Finance and ERP applications
• Strong grasp of QA tools, including SQL
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Experience with the IBM i platform required
