The work suits software developers and orchestration specialists with at least two years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behavior
- Debug agent traces across multi-turn interactions
- Stress test agents in real-world environments
- Provide clear technical feedback on system behaviors
- Help improve large language model agent performance
- Two or more years in backend engineering, AI automation, or systems integration
- Build and maintain production-grade modular software
- Experience with live, non-mocked environments
- Handle complex multi-turn system interactions
- Strong attention to detail and technical communication
