Semi Drivers for Sugarbeet Harvest

Baldwin Farms in Grafton/St. Thomas, ND is hiring semi drivers for the 2026 sugarbeet harvest. Housing and camper hookups will be provided during your employment.

In preparation for the 2026 sugarbeet harvest beginning around October 1st, Baldwin Farms is looking for skilled truck and semi drivers. The harvest lasts two to three weeks, and drivers must have a valid driver’s license and be ready for all weather conditions. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic farming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive trucks and semis for sugarbeet harvesting

• Ensure safe transportation of crops

• Follow designated routes to improve harvest efficiency

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance

• Collaborate with the harvest team on logistical needs

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid driver’s license

• Experience in driving trucks or semis is preferred

• Flexible availability during the harvest season

• Ability to adapt to varying environmental conditions

• Willingness to camp or utilize provided housing
