AZ Haul Driver

Target Earnings: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

This is a specialized AZ role for drivers who want a high-paying local position without the heavy manual labor of traditional farm hauling. You are responsible for the safe transit of live poultry from farms to the processing plant.

The Job:

• Home Every Shift: 100% local work; you sleep in your own bed after your shift; flexibility in scheduling .
• No Loading/Unloading:
  The trailer is loaded for you at the farm - you need to supervise it.
• Cargo Oversight:
  You are responsible for monitoring the load, pulling tarps on trailers based on weather conditions, and ensuring animal welfare standards are met during transit.
• Assigned Equipment:
  Dedicated, late-model tractor - you will have an assigned truck
• Schedule:
  
  Steady routine with daily home time; start times can vary to match operational needs.

The Requirements:

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 3 years of verifiable AZ driving experience is required.
• Record:
  Clean Drivers Abstract and CVOR.
• Skill:
  Ability to pass a road test and a deep commitment to safety.
• Top-Tier Pay: $90k-$100k based on work completed (Base Load Rate + Premiums).
