Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Shipper-Receiver Forklift driver to support our client's operations by staging, shipping, receiving, and managing critical parts, equipment, and supplies in London, ON. In this role, you'll help keep our inventory running smoothly, ensure materials are exactly where they need to be, and deliver reliable support to both internal teams and customers. - Stage, ship, and receive parts, supplies, and equipment.
- Stock parts stores with correct inventory levels and ensure merchandise is neatly organized.
- Perform inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, removing obsolete inventory, and maintaining accurate system records.
- Enter inventory data into software systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Receive materials, move inventory between designated warehouse locations, and pick/locate items as required.
- Ensure accurate entry of part numbers, quantities, bin locations, and other key data fields.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to counts, part numbers, or documentation.
- Optimize bin locations to improve efficiency and storage utilization.
- Handle will-call orders promptly and professionally.
- Deliver parts to customers, job sites, or other store locations when required.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
- Follow all safe material handling procedures at all times.
- Safely operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; ensure all assigned equipment is inspected and in safe working condition.
- Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment issues to a supervisor immediately.
- Complete all required training, certifications, and safety testing .
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, or parts store experience (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks (standing, bending, walking).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, inventory software).
- Forklift certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain).
- Solid understanding of inventory control practices.
- Efficient order picking, stocking, and material issuing skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Safety-driven mindset with commitment to best practices
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
