Compensation$52,000 to $61,000 base salary plus benefits.

TheOpportunity
As a Receiving & Inventory Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring materials and supplies flow smoothly through the operation. You’ll help maintain accurate records, keep the warehouse organized, and support the broader team to deliver on customer needs efficiently and professionally.

- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments with accuracy and care
- Verify that deliveries match purchase orders and quality expectations
- Safely move and store materials using forklifts and manual handling equipment
- Tag and record items into the inventory system and update locations as needed
- Organize and maintain clean, well-ordered storage areas
- Process customer returns by inspecting, documenting, and communicating with the team
- Participate in cycle counts and annual inventory reviews
- Support continuous improvement in warehouse organization and coding systems
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure a secure work environment
- Valid forklift certification and WHMIS (or equivalent) safety training
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities with keen attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers or tablets for data entry and tracking
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
- Physically capable of handling materials and working in varying weather conditions
- Clear communicator with a customer-focused attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed
