Warehouse Associate Forklift

Position: Warehouse Associate with Forklift Experience
Join the Gillfor Distribution team in London as a full-time Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator.

This role offers a daily schedule from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Reporting directly to the Yard Supervisor, your responsibilities will include accurately processing orders, handling materials, and overseeing inventory management. You'll assist in loading orders and contribute to a well-organized lumber yard, all while adhering to safety standards. Building strong teamwork and effective time management are essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack orders for distribution

• Handle materials and conduct inventory spot checks

• Load customer orders onto trucks efficiently

• Keep the lumber yard tidy and compliant with safety rules

• Engage politely with customers and truck drivers

Requirements:

• Completed High School Diploma

• Forklift operation experience considered an asset

• Capable of lifting weights up to 80 pounds

• Familiarity with building materials beneficial

• Reliability and punctuality are crucial
