Location: Southwestern Ontario

Take on a critical role as a Warehouse Operations Associate with Rush Truck Centres of Canada located in Elgin, Ontario. This full-time opportunity involves detailed inventory management and shipping tasks.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Parts Manager to ensure effective operations in the parts department. Your primary responsibilities will cover loading and unloading parts, processing inventory, and meticulous documentation throughout the shipping and receiving processes.

Experience with forklift operations will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load trucks and prepare shipments for distribution

• Verify incoming inventory against bills of lading

• Operate forklift to manage parts movement

• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP

• Support bin maintenance and cycle counting initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience with counterbalance forklifts is essential

• Valid G Driver’s License and a clean abstract

• Secondary School Diploma or equivalent required

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to perform heavy lifting
