Sterilization Technician- White, Greer and Maggard Orthodontics

The Opportunity

White, Greer & Maggard Orthodontics is searching for a Sterilization Technician to join our fun, fast-paced team at our offices in London/Corbin, KY!

As a Sterilization Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our practice, ensuring that every instrument is perfectly sterilized, and trays are meticulously prepared for seamless clinic operations.

Schedule and Compensation:

• Full-time position- 4 days per week
• Rotating day off during the week and NO WEEKENDS!
• Hours:
  
  7:30am - 5:30pm.
• Hourly pay rate: $16 hourly

• Sterilize orthodontic instruments and equipment according to established protocols and infection control standards.
• Prepare trays and setups for orthodontic procedures to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Fabricate retainers and other orthodontic appliances as required.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of sterilization supplies and clinical materials.
• Assist with stocking treatment areas and maintaining cleanliness.
• Support the clinical team in daily operations as needed.

• Education
  - High school diploma/GED
• Strong attention to detail, vigilance and meticulous care on the job.
• The ability to work well in a team or independently.
• Passion for keeping people safe.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic healthcare environment.
