About The Role
This is NOT a speculative trading position. You will execute rule-based, algorithm-supported strategies under CFO supervision with strict risk management protocols. This role combines technical trading expertise with corporate treasury discipline.
Strategic Objective: Generate 300 pips per week average on GBP/USD to supplement company operating costs through Board‑approved, risk‑controlled treasury operations.
You will report directly to the CFO and have full operational authority to execute trades within approved parameters. This is a high‑impact role where your expertise directly contributes to the company's financial stability and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Trade Execution: Execute forex trades on GBP/USD following the EMA
26 Position Matrix strategy during London and London‑NYC overlap sessions (12:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST) - Market Analysis: Conduct daily multi‑timeframe technical analysis using EMA, MACD, KST, RSI, Ichimoku, and volatility indicators
- Risk Management: Maintain strict position sizing (≤2% risk per trade), leverage limits (max 1:10), and drawdown controls (5% weekly limit)
- Real‑Time Monitoring: Active monitoring of open positions during London trading session with immediate escalation of issues
- Performance Reporting: Maintain detailed trade logs, daily P&L updates, and compile comprehensive weekly performance reports
- SOP Adherence: Follow the approved Standard Operating Procedure (EMA
26 Position Matrix) with 100% compliance on entry/exit criteria - Algorithm Integration: Work with Pine Script alerts (Trading View) and MT5 Expert Advisor for automated risk management
- News Monitoring: Track economic calendar (UK CPI, BoE decisions, US NFP, FOMC) and pause trading around high‑impact events
- Treasury Coordination: Collaborate with CFO on capital allocation, profit distribution, and monthly board reporting
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze trade patterns, optimize strategy parameters, and contribute to SOP refinements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field with proven forex trading experience
Critical Requirement- Trading account statements (personal or previous employer)
- Minimum 50+ trades executed
- Win rate ≥45% with positive overall P&L
- Evidence of risk‑managed trading (defined stops, position sizing)
MINIMUM 2 YEARS of hands‑on forex trading experience
Preferred Experience Profile- 2-5 years of retail or institutional forex trading
- Experience trading GBP/USD or major pairs (EUR/USD, USD/JPY)
- Demonstrated profitability over 12+ months
- Familiarity with London and US trading sessions
- Experience with GIFT City / IFSC trading (major plus)
- Prior work in treasury, prop trading, or hedge fund (preferred)
- Experience with algorithmic trading systems (plus)
- Equity derivatives trader with proven transition to forex
- Commodities trader (gold, crude) with forex exposure
- Risk management professional with live trading experience
- Quantitative analyst with practical trading implementation
- 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM IST (Monday‑Friday)
- London‑NYC Overlap: 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST (Flexible 2‑3 days/week)
- Morning Prep: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM (Market analysis, calendar check)
- Weekly Review Meeting:
Every Monday 10:00 AM (1 hour with CFO) - Total Weekly
