Job Description

You join the 'Leveraged Finance' Portfolio Management team within the CPRM (Credit Portfolio and Resource Monitoring) department of Natixis CIB as an ASF (Acquisition & Sponsor Finance) Portfolio Manager.

This team pro-actively manages a portfolio of over €8bn in outstanding LBO, acquisition financings and secondary investment fund (SIFP) financings. The team works closely with ASF France/EMEA Origination department (London, Milan, Madrid), risks and special cases, as well as with the Loan Trading Desk for optimization orde--risking the portfolio and with CPRM’s Solutions department.

On a daily basis, your missions are to:

  • Perform annual reviews of ASF transactions on your scope, including a reasoned rating recommendation;
  • Track and analyze new funding production, with an impact analysis on the ASF EMEA portfolio (including Unitranche transactions in which ASF participates);
  • Track and analyze Watch list cases every quarter;
  • Perform quarterly portfolio analyses, both global (including US/APAC) and local on London, Milan and Madrid, to assess the evolution of risks and profitability;
  • Monitor the activity of transferring financing line by line and respond to "reverse inquiries".

As an ASF Portfolio Manager, you play a key role in line-to-line analysis with CPRM Solutions to develop bank-structured portfolio solutions.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

About you:

If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us!

With a higher education (Grande Ecole de commerce or Engineering) specializing in banking or corporate finance, you have at least 5 years of experience in finance or audit functions.

You master:

  • Sound financial knowledge, including financial analysis and cash-flow modeling;
  • Office Pack tools (PowerPoint and Excel advanced).

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are:

  • Team-oriented and rigorous;
  • Endowed with very good writing skills in both French and English;
  • Analytical with good synthesis capabilities.

You master English with a B2 level.
