Relay is seeking a Head of Capital to lead equity raises from Series C onward, working with the CEO, CFO, counsel, and board. You will map investors, run the process from start to close, build the data room, and own the investor-facing model to support multiple rounds.
You must have run growth-stage fundraising from inside a company or on the investing side, with a proven ability to tell the founder’s story in plain numbers, build durable relationships, and align teams to a shared capital
