Recruitment Consultant - Quality, Engineering, Automation & Validation

We are currently hiring experienced Consultants who want to take ownership of the growth and success of Bio Talent’s Quality, Engineering, Automation and Validation desks.

You would be joining our fantastic contracts team, led by Dan Jeffery who has over 10 years' experience developing and nurturing high performing teams. Contracts is our biggest growth and investment area and has seen fast success over the last 12 months.

A warm desk for a competent 360 biller with track record of £2.5K+ WGP, no need to set up new desk as Bio Talent have an exceptional track record within this space.

• Thought leadership approach to life sciences recruitment; proactively training colleagues on their core markets, regular industry training conducted by individuals working in the companies we partner with; budget to attend local and international conferences.
• From good to great to exceptional; a robust learning and development group that provides group and 1 on 1 training for individuals at all levels of the business. The ethos is to take £250K billers to £500K+ billers.
• Having a seat when you bring something to the table; fast-track progression into leadership positions for those wanting management responsibility, or structured 'top biller' pathways for those wanting to remain as high performing independent contributors, leading by example.
• International mobility; five offices across the US, our London HQ, and additional international expansion in the coming years creates opportunity for travel and relocation.
• You get out what you put in; uncapped commission with no thresholds which goes up to 50% of deal sizes.

Hit your weekly goals and you can finish at 1pm on a Friday.
