Manage studio Steal Brainrot, operate and develop the entire information technology system of the company to ensure infrastructure, data security and operational efficiency; support digital transformation and optimize business operations.

Main tasks & responsibilities

IT system management:

  • Monitor, maintain and upgrade server systems, internal networks (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi), hardware and software equipment.
  • Ensure stable, secure and high-performance operation for the entire IT system.
  • Manage IT assets: equipment, software copyright, usage licenses.

Information security and safety:

  • Develop and implement security policies, backup and restore data.
  • Assess risks and ensure compliance with information security standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, … if any).

Development & digital transformation:

  • Propose and implement new technology solutions to optimize operations and support the company's development strategy.
  • Participate in building and integrating ERP, CRM, HRM systems, …

Team & budget management:

  • Plan, assign and supervise the work of IT staff.
  • Train and develop IT team capacity.
  • Build and manage annual IT budget.

Technical support:

  • Ensure timely technical support for departments.
  • Resolve system problems quickly, minimizing downtime.
Job Requirements

Education:

University degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the IT field, of which at least 2 years in a management position.
  • Priority is given to candidates with experience in implementing ERP/CRM systems or digital transformation projects.

Knowledge &

Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of network, system, security and database administration.
  • Leadership, project management and planning skills.
  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and make quick decisions.
  • Good communication, strategic thinking and teamwork skills.
  • English: reading and understanding technical documents.
