Role profile:

Solution Architect developing LSEG's RTMDS market data managed service platform.
** ROLE

SUMMARY:

*** Design core functionality, processes set standards, and client solutions for LSEG hosted market data platforms.
* Develop configurations, automation and deliver infrastructure.
* Advise and consult with both internal teams and customers.
* Be responsible for delivering solutions from requirements to customer live and beyond. Ensure compliance to LSEG standards and process.
* Delivery to customers with excellence, reliability, sustainable and predictability.
* To achieve success the candidate will need to be committed, driven, accountable, creative and work well in a team.
** WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
*** Leading a private cloud hosting many hundreds of customers who historically led their own market data networks who will be both knowledgeable and expecting a excellent service.
* You’ll be involved in the platform management ensuring compliance to company standards and within vendor supported criteria.
* Designing and specifying requirement for new infrastructure automation and hardware.
* Working with development teams and engineering teams to deliver automation and infrastructure.
* Working on hardware and Operating system to resolve issues with its operation and provide new functionality.
* Ensuring monitoring is in place and support teams can operate the infrastructure with tools like Big Panda, ITRS and Service Now.
* Consult with core architect to achieve strategic designs and directives.
* Work with network teams to provide WAN and LAN delivery.
* Set standards and automate process in Service Now.
* Work with Capacity teams to ensure that the infrastructure is right sized to handle market events and demands required from it.
