Base Pay Range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

. Candidates must be able to work fully onsite in London, KY.

We’re seeking a knowledgeable Desktop Support Technician with a high aptitude for customer service. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in desktop support or a similar role. This experience must include installation, troubleshooting, and repair of devices in a windows-based environment.

• Provide desktop support and troubleshoot software issues to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving technical problems promptly.
• Utilize Service Now platform for ticket management and efficient workflow.
• Apply computer skills to assist in network configurations and IT infrastructure maintenance.

• 1-2+ years of IT experience as a Desktop Support technician with experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hardware and software systems, providing general desktop support duties with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Well-versed in computer systems and be able to set up hardware, install and configure software.
• Basic networking troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation.
• Experience in ticketing software (preferably Service Now).
• Hardware and software experience.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
