As part of our high-performing digital, content, and channels team, you’ll help us create brilliant digital experiences across all internal communications and the channels we own. Your ability to interpret and utilize data and analytics to deliver your work and support the team is crucial.
** ROLE

SUMMARY:

** This role focuses on managing business-driven change and delivering portfolio initiatives while ensuring operational readiness. You will oversee system and infrastructure improvements, capacity planning, and risk management in a complex IT environment. Regular engagement with senior leadership and proactive problem-solving is key aspects of the position.
** Key Accountabilities**:

Change & Portfolio Delivery:
Coordinate and manage business-driven projects and improvements.

System & Infrastructure Enhancements:
Track, monitor, and implement upgrades to existing systems.

Capacity Management:
Forecast IT capacity needs, monitor performance, and optimize cost-effective solutions.

Risk & Issue Management:
Escalate risks, provide status updates, and ensure operational readiness.

Stakeholder Communication:
Deliver frequent updates to senior leadership and collaborate across teams.
