We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our vascular team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with vascular surgeons to deliver seamless care plans for patients. You will be a part of a growing company with a strong culture of doing things right with compassion and integrity. If you are tired of the big hospital runaround, this will be your place.

You will have a key part in growing our presence the area.

• Provide direct patient care at outreach clinics in multiple locations, assessing and managing vascular conditions.
• Work closely with our vascular surgeons to create and coordinate care plans for specific patients.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, surgeons, and outreach clinics to ensure cohesive communication and care delivery.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments, procedures, and patient education.
• Learn and apply the fundamentals of vascular surgery through provided training.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes and care efficiency.

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) with an active state license.
• Prior experience in a clinical setting (experience in vascular surgery or related fields is a plus, but not required as training will be provided).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple clinic locations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
