• Performs triage by assessing patient’s health and continuously monitoring; detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs.
• Responds to life‑saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol.
• Sets priorities in plan of care based on assessed needs and anticipates personnel, supplies, and equipment required to care for patients based on assessed needs.
• Works collaboratively with providers to provide exceptional care.
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provides patient and family education.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, upon hire
• Registered Nurse: KY, upon hire
• Basic Life Support – CPR, upon hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 days
• Trauma Nurse Core Course, within 12 months
