On‑site Transaction Processing Associate.

Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑5:00 pm.

$14.00 during training and ABC pay after training.

As a Transaction Processing Associate, you will provide document review and data entry support to our client. Your assistance will make a positive difference in the organization you support.

• Provide production services to client operations by performing administrative tasks such as data‑entry, document processing, and scanning.
• Receive documents from both electronic and hard‑copy form for accurate processing.
• Process documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information.
• Identify documents and their purpose to create a database of information.
• Provide great customer service.

• High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $23,800 – $29,750.
