Your teamYou’ll work with Frontify’s commercial teams, including our Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams. They’re international, motivated, collaborative, and based throughout Europe and New York. With their customer‑centric mentality, they’re focused on bringing new, beloved brands on board and enabling them to bring their brand to life in new, exciting ways.
Your MissionAs an Enterprise Account Manager for the Northern European market, you’ll manage and grow relationships with Frontify’s enterprise customers across the region. You’ll act as a trusted partner to your accounts—ensuring they see ongoing value, uncovering opportunities to expand their use of Frontify, and strengthening their long‑term success with our platform. The role blends relationship management, commercial acumen, and consultative problem‑solving, offering you the opportunity to drive meaningful customer and revenue outcomes.
Yourresponsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across Northern Europe, driving revenue growth.
- Develop strategic account plans that align customer priorities with Frontify’s platform capabilities and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders—from operational users to C‑level executives.
- Identify and lead expansion opportunities across business units and brands using a value‑driven, consultative approach.
- Negotiate expansions with a focus on long‑term partnership health and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Share customer insights to influence Frontify’s roadmap and help evolve our enterprise account management practices.
- You bring 4 years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or B2B SaaS sales.
- You’ve successfully managed a book of business, and contributed to expansion and renewal outcomes.
- You’re excited to work with enterprise marketing, brand, or creative technology solutions.
- You’re comfortable speaking with a range of stakeholders, from power users to senior stakeholders, building trust and communicating clearly.
- You combine a consultative mindset with strong commercial acumen and a focus on delivering customer value.
- You’re collaborative, proactive, and comfortable navigating fast‑moving, cross‑functional environments.
- You thrive in cross‑functional environments and enjoy working closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to create strong customer outcomes.
- You communicate clearly, lead with empathy, and thrive in an environment of ownership and growth.
- You have a C1 (full professional) proficiency in English.
