The Role- Drive medium‑sized infrastructure projects from design to delivery.
- Lead the migration of critical systems into Kubernetes (EKS on AWS).
- Tackle complex scaling and pipeline challenges head‑on.
- Build the foundations that product, AI, security, and R&D teams rely on.
- Share your Kubernetes/EKS expertise and raise capability across the team.
- Take part in an out‑of‑hours escalation rota (on rotation).
Core:
Kubernetes (EKS on AWS), Karpenter, Prometheus, Terraform
Preferred:
Service mesh (Cilium or similar), Flux/Argo, Ansible
Bonus:
High‑performance compute/GPUs in Kubernetes
2–5 years’ experience at the lower end of the salary range with exposure to at least 2 of the following 3:
Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines.
Senior candidates (high end of salary range) should have deep experience across all three areas, including building or migrating infrastructure on EKS.
Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
Collaborative and able to work across teams.

Location & Working ModelHybrid: 3 days per week in either London or Cambridge.

Salary & ProcessUp to £110,000 + plus benefits (depending on experience).
