Lead and manage a high‑volume retail facility, implementing business plans to drive sales, achieve profit targets, and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
• Conduct meetings with and coach subordinate employees.
• Maintain effective vendor relationships.
• Manage and develop teams encompassing staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training.
• Drive sales and manage inventory.
• Track inventory and perform P&L analysis.
• Provide outstanding customer service.

• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or related service industry with financial responsibility.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume retail operations with P&L accountability.
• Strong team leadership skills with integrity and accountability.
• Capability to create and maintain a customer‑focused culture.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
