• Average Salary: $55‑$65,000 per year (Competitive hourly rate, uncapped commission, bonuses & profit sharing)

• Serve as a passionate customer advocate, assisting, advising and educating customers on wireless products and services.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction, focusing on value for all customers.
• Conduct customer calls and stay connected through company resources.
• Perform operational procedures including store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Balance customer experience with performance goals.
• Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
• Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants and more.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work guaranteed full‑time hours and a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Reliable transportation; ability to work at multiple locations.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and lift up to 10 pounds; frequent standing required.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% for business needs.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
