Job Overview

Schedule9:00pm-7:15am / 9:00pm-7:15am / Sunday-Monday;
Wednesday-Thursday;
Tuesday – Day off
- Warehouse Bulk/Material Handling Equipment Operator – operate forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick and move products up to 100 lbs, adhering to safety procedures.
- Warehouse Porter – general cleaning and basic maintenance inside and outside the facility, plus operating material handling equipment.
- Warehouse Replenishment – operate equipment to pick and move products up to 100 lbs.
- Warehouse Receiving/Putaway/Returns – confirm product accuracy, address discrepancies, manually unload trucks, palletize products, and operate material handling equipment.
- Warehouse Returns – match item quantities to packing slips, check in returned products, tag appropriately, and operate material handling equipment.
- Shipping – organize, stack, shrink-wrap customer orders on pallets, manually load trucks, lift and carry product, maintain a safe workspace.
As an SC2 associate, you may be moved into any of the above roles or SC1 roles as needed.
What you bring to the table- Ability to be material handling equipment operator certified and operate necessary equipment safely.
- Willingness to keep work area clean.
- Inclusive approach to building strong relationships and resolving issues.
- Quick adoption of safety procedures and safe work practices.
- Ability to work in a warehouse with seasonal temperature variations.
- Minimum three months related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent training, education, and experience.
- Ability to pass a drug screen as legally permitted.
- Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
- Full‑time associates must be able to work additional hours beyond the scheduled shift as required.
- Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet.
- Ability to lift, push or pull boxes weighing between 70 and 100 pounds by hand.
- Must wear safety composite shoes.
- Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior experience operating warehouse equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, or cherry picker.

Compensation & Benefits- Competitive pay rate: $23.50/hour (includes $2.00/hour shift differential).
