As an apprentice you will undergo a four‑year training contract.

• Years 1 and 2: Master audit techniques, prepare audit documents, study financial statements, work with diverse clients, build relationships across teams.
• Years 3 and 4: Take on complex audits such as revenue recognition and valuation, lead engagements, mentor junior staff, and transition to full permanent employment.

• On track or have obtained A‑level, BTEC or equivalent qualifications with strong academic performance.
• Deep curiosity, natural inquisitiveness, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Commitment to self‑development and learning.
• Ownership of duties and high responsibility levels.
• Positive ‘can‑do’ attitude under pressure.
• Excellent time‑management and travel flexibility.
• Respect for diversity and integrity.

Fully funded ACA qualification. Coaching, mentorship and one‑on‑one guidance. Blended training (in‑person and virtual). Buddy support in the first year. Comprehensive quality, client, digital and technical training.
