Audit & Accounts Senior – Leicestershire 50% Audit | 50% Accounts | Client Growth & Relationship Focus I’m supporting a reputable and growing accounting firm in Leicestershire that is looking for an experienced Audit & Accounts Senior to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, combining audit work with accounts preparation, while playing a key part in client relationship management and business development.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading audits from planning through to completion for a diverse client portfolio. Preparing statutory accounts and management accounts for SMEs and owner-managed businesses. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing tailored advice and support. Assisting in growing the client base through networking and proactive engagement. Supporting day-to-day accounting tasks and mentoring junior team members.

About You:

ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified with relevant practice experience. Strong technical knowledge in audit and accounts preparation. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client service. Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively within a team. Why Join?
