This Business Services Manager role is ideal for an experienced practice professional looking to take the next step in their career within a well-established accountancy practice in Axminster. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, overseeing workflow, and supporting the development of junior staff, while contributing to the continued growth of the business services function. Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of business services clients Reviewing accounts and tax computations prepared by the team Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing proactive advice Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior team members Ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and within deadlines Requirements ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and compliance Excellent communication and client management skills A proactive and commercially minded approach
