Our client is a fast growing trading and distribution company and trades with internationally accredited banks and blue chip companies as well as small and medium sized enterprises. They are looking for a dynamic individual to join their team in East London and support the developing accounts team.
Main Responsibilities- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Cash-book recording and updating
- Excel spreadsheets– extended trial balance
- Invoicing checking, coding and authorisations
- Team minded
- Problem solving
- Not 9-5 but focussed on the work to be completed
- Wants to work in growing a company
- Excellent English – oral and written
- Excellent excel and Microsoft office skills
- Other languages an advantage
- Knowledge of various accounting softwares - (Pegasus would be ideal but not essential)
