- Allocation of supplier and payment inbox emails to team members.
- Posting and processing payments using Barclays and HSBC payment platforms
- Processing supplier invoices on a timely basis, ensuring accurate input to Qube and Net Suite(includes coding to property & nominal codes).
- Supplier reconciliations and supplier account analysis.
- Working with suppliers to resolve queries
- 2 years + Accounts Payable and Payments experience
- Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing
