Consumer Additions is seeking an AR Assistant to join one of our prestigious clients in the luxury fashion sector. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment focused on high standards and quality.

The position reports to the Finance Manager and plays a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records during a significant growth phase for the brand. Responsibilities include managing daily operations and supporting reporting and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and dispatch client invoices with accuracy and consistency
• Monitor accounts for timely payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• Reconcile the AR ledger and allocate payments appropriately
• Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally
• Maintain records for audits and financial reporting
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting tasks
• Communicate with clients via email and phone maintaining a professional brand tone
• Provide support across the finance team as needed

About You

• At least 1 year of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or stock-led businesses
• Proficient in reconciliations and high-volume processing
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and linked workbooks
• Clear communicator with a calm, professional tone and keen attention to detail
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic setting
