• Manage full or partial sets of accounts, ensuring accurate recording and compliance with GST and statutory regulations for client portfolios
• Administer accounting processes and maintain financial records for a diverse client base to support timely and accurate reporting
• Prepare financial statements and reports aligned with clients’ internal policies and statutory requirements to facilitate informed decision-making
• Execute comprehensive payroll functions for clients, including processing monthly CPF contributions and preparing IR8A tax submissions to ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with the Outsourcing Department to perform ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as required, supporting operational efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, ISCA, ACCA, or other relevant professional qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to support reporting and presentation needs
• Minimum 1 year experience in related field
• Practical knowledge of various accounting software to enhance accounting process efficiency
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
• Meticulous and organized approach with demonstrated initiative to proactively solve problems
• Positive working attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Good command of English to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
