The firm is known for strong client relationships, high technical standards, and a genuinely supportive working culture. You'll work with a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses across multiple sectors, offering excellent exposure and a platform for long-term progression.

• Lead audit assignments for a diverse OMB client base
• Plan, execute and complete audits in accordance with UK GAAP
• Supervise, train and review the work of junior staff
• Prepare and review statutory accounts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes and quality

• Ideally ACA / ACCA qualified or finalist
• Strong and recent audit experience within UK practice
• Proven ability to lead audits from planning to completion
• Confident communicator with solid client-facing skills
• Experience working with OMB clients
• Strong technical knowledge and organisational skills
