Position Overvie
LSP Canada is hiring a full-time Bookkeeper for our London office to support Canadian bookkeeping services and tax preparation. This role requires hands‑on experience maintaining financial records for Canadian individuals and businesses in compliance with CRA standards.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for Canadian clients
- Record and reconcile bank and credit card transactions
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and maintain general ledgers
- Support HST/GST filings and CRA documentation
- Prepare bookkeeping records to support Canadian tax returns (T1/T2)
- Communicate with Canadian clients to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized and secure financial records
- Proven bookkeeping experience in a Canadian accounting environment
- Proficiency with Quick Books Online (Canada)
- Knowledge of Canadian bookkeeping and tax requirements
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- On‑site availability in London, Ontario
- Experience working with Canadian clients and CRA regulations
- Familiarity with Canadian tax forms and accounting practices
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Ability to work on‑site in Windsor, Ontario
- Availability during peak Canadian tax season (February–April)
