Our client are a highly regarded, employee‑owned accountancy practice seeking an ambitious Audit & Accounts AM / Manager to join their growing team.

You would be joining a boutique firm however their client portfolio rivals that of much larger practices and the have around 50 Audits per year.

This is a hands‑on position with a 70% Audit / 30% Accounts split, where you’ll be involved in assignments from planning through to completion.

• Leading audit assignments from planning to completion.
• Preparing statutory accounts from client records.
• Managing a portfolio of clients, with some clients under your sole responsibility.
• Building strong client relationships and acting as a key point of contact.
• Working directly with Managers and Associate Directors on a wide variety of assignments.
• Assisting with corporate and personal tax compliance (full training provided if required).

• ACA or ACCA qualified / QBE
• Minimum 4 years' experience within a UK accountancy practice.
• Strong audit and accounts preparation experience.
• Comfortable taking ownership of assignments and working directly with clients.

• Work with an exceptionally diverse and high‑quality client portfolio.
