Lincoln | Hybrid Job Type: Full Time The role This is a great opportunity for an experienced practice professional to join a close-knit and high-performing team. You'll take ownership of your own client portfolio, working with a range of owner-managed businesses across different sectors, while also supporting the wider team with reviews and workflow management. The role offers a broad mix of responsibilities across accounts and tax, with the opportunity to get involved in audit work where required.
It's well suited to someone looking for a varied position with scope to make a real impact within a growing office. Key responsibilities Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as a key point of contact throughout the year Preparing statutory accounts for a range of business types and sizes Producing corporate tax computations and handling related queries Reviewing accounts and tax work completed by junior team members Coordinating workloads and ensuring deadlines are met across the team Advising owner-managed businesses on financial and business matters Supporting with technical queries across accounts, tax, and audit Assisting with audit assignments where required About you ACA or ACCA qualified Minimum of 4 years' experience within an accountancy practice Strong technical knowledge across accounts and tax Experience managing a client portfolio Commercially aware with a proactive approach Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines Confident using accounting software and Microsoft Office Full UK driving licence and access to a car The package Competitive salary, dependent on experience Flexible working arrangements 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to adjust leave Contributory pension scheme Health cash plan Income protection and life assurance benefits Supportive and collaborative team environment with opportunities for progression LHH upholds the highest standards of confidentiality in every interaction.
