Client Accounting Manager

Client Accounting Manager London Property Broster Buchanan are working with a large property company to appoint a Client Accounting Manager to oversee a dedicated finance function based in their Head Office in London on a hybrid (2 days pw) basis.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will drive accurate reporting, lead continuous process improvements, and cultivate excellent relationships across the business Other key responsibilities include:
Lead a team of client accountants by fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure client accounts are prepared and delivered strictly in line with client deadlines. Focus on continuous improvement, proactively refining financial processes and internal controls. Maintain robust workflows to ensure strict adherence to relevant statutory frameworks and industry regulations. The successful candidate is ideally a qualified accountant with relevant management experience in property or housing sector.

Strong service charge accounting experience is also desirable.
