Accounts Payable Supervisor – London | Office-Based | Multisite hospitality | Salary: A £38-40k

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join the head office finance team of a leading hospitality business with a growing European portfolio.

• Oversee the day-to-day Accounts Payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments while maintaining strong financial controls and excellent supplier relationships.
• Support month-end activities, supervise a small team, resolve escalated queries, and work closely with operational finance teams across multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

• At least 3 years' experience within a high-volume Accounts Payable environment.
• Previous hospitality or hotel industry experience is essential.
• Experience using ERP systems such as Net Suite, Oracle or SAP.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Previous supervisory experience is desirable.
• Confident communicator with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
