We're on the hunt for a super‑organised, detail‑loving Bookkeeper to join our growing client. This is much more than your typical bookkeeping role‑you will be the go‑to person who keeps both the finances and the office running like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing Bookkeeping & Finance- Keeping financial records accurate and up to date using Quick Books.
- Processing supplier invoices, expenses and credit card transactions.
- Reconciling bank accounts, payment platforms and company cards.
- Raising sales invoices and keeping on top of customer payments.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Supporting month‑end reporting and financial analysis.
- Preparing information for accountants and auditors.
- Processing staff expenses and maintaining finance records.
- Monitoring cash flow and helping track budgets.
- Assisting with VAT returns and statutory reporting.
- Maintaining company records and filing systems.
- Organising meetings, travel and accommodation bookings.
- Helping ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
You’ll be someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in. You love organisation, can juggle multiple priorities, and take pride in getting the details right.
Essential- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounts Manager
- Strong bookkeeping knowledge and understanding of accounting principles
- Hands‑on experience with Quick Books
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Office 365 skills
- Confident communication skills
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
- AAT qualification (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of VAT and management reporting
- Experience using CRM or business management systems
- Be part of a dynamic events business where no two days look the same
- Enjoy a varied role with real ownership and responsibility
