Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a Service Charge Assistant to support the service charge accounting function and maintain accurate financial records for internal stakeholders and managing agents.
You will assist with budgets and reconciliations, process transactions, and support audits in a busy property finance environment. Strong Propman and Excel skills are essential for success in this role.
