Technical Accounting Manager

I am partnering with a fast-growing Infrastructure company on a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Accounting Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a brilliant role for someone looking to step out of practice and into a high-growth sector, where you'll play a key role in shaping the technical accounting framework of a business that's scaling rapidly. Reporting into the Group Finance Director and leading a small team you will be instrumental in the future business growth.

• Leading on all technical accounting matters including IFRS/UK GAAP compliance
• Preparing and reviewing complex accounting papers and position papers
• Supporting the business through transactions, audits, and financial reporting
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance and the wider business
• Driving continuous improvement across accounting policies and processes

• ACA qualified, ideally from a Top 10 practice
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and IFRS essential
• Excellent communication skills and able to translate complex accounting into clear business language
• Experience in the infrastructure sector is a bonus

• £90,000 - £100,000 + bonus and benefits
