Senior Accountant & Auditor - Independent Accountancy Practice Central London (Hybrid) £38,000 - £55,000 DOE Butler Rose Public Practice is delighted to be supporting a well-established and friendly 3-partner firm based in Central London in their search for a Senior Accountant and Auditor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified/qualified accountant looking step into a senior level role across audit and accounts within a close-knit and collaborative environment.
The role offers a 40% audit and 60% accounts splits alongside the opportunity to work with a varied portfolio acting as a direct point of contact.
Key Responsibilities Assist on audits from planning through to completion Prepare statutory accounts, bookkeeping, and tax compliance work for a varied client portfolio Review work completed by junior staff and support their development Act as one of the key point of contact for clients Represent the firm professionally across client engagements Key Requirements ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified (Advanced exams remaining ideally) Minimum 3 years' experience within practice Strong experience across both audit and accounts Confident managing client relationships Excellent communication skills with a professional and personable approach
