Accounts Payable Assistant

Temporary Accounts Payable Administrator Are you a university student home for the summer looking to gain valuable office experience? We're looking for a Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant for 4 - 6 weeks to support a busy finance team with a supplier reconciliation project. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on finance experience within a large, fast-paced business.

You'll play a key role in helping the finance team bring supplier accounts up to date by:
Reconciling supplier statements against the purchase ledger Investigating and resolving discrepancies and outstanding items Matching invoices to statements and identifying missing documentation Liaising with operational teams to resolve invoice, pricing and purchase order queries Maintaining accurate records of queries and resolutions Supporting month-end activities and AP reporting requirements Escalating aged balances and unmatched transactions where required Apply now This opportunity won't be around for long.
