Management Accountant - Hotels

You will have the autonomy to develop reporting processes, influence decision‑making, and contribute directly to the continued growth and success of the business. Working closely with the Regional Finance Controller and relevant hotel General Managers, you’ll support the delivery of accurate, timely financial data and reporting.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and performance analyses.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Analyze revenue, operating costs, and departmental profitability.
• Support hotel management with financial planning and decision‑making.
• Monitor financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and oversee month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Assist with audits, tax compliance, and statutory reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and profitability.
• Work closely with department heads to monitor budgets and control costs.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field desired but not mandatory.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent), or actively working towards a qualification.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
• Strong knowledge of management accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
